Job Description

CLIFTON, a premium custom apparel brand known for crafting made-to-order teamwear, uniforms, and lifestyle pieces, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its fully remote team. The company works with schools, sports clubs, corporates, and creative brands across the US, UK, and beyond combining craftsmanship, digital design, and sustainable production to deliver one-of-a-kind apparel.

About the Role

CLIFTON is building a strong and predictable sales engine, and the SDR will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales and operations teams. You will research and prospect potential clients, engage decision-makers through outbound email and LinkedIn, and help turn spikes of inbound interest into a healthy, consistent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
  • Send personalized outreach messages (email + LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book intro calls or design consultations for Account Executives
  • Keep accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reports

Who They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation or outbound SDR work
  • Excellent written English and confident communication
  • Experience engaging decision-makers in creative or corporate environments
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in follow-through
  • Comfortable using CRM or lead-tracking tools
