Job Description

Sentient Labs is inviting students and early-career technologists to join as Security Research Fellows, contributing to cutting-edge work in cryptography, hardware security, and open-source AI.

About the Role
This fellowship offers hands-on experience building the Sentient Enclaves Framework (SEF) and working on Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). Fellows will gain practical research exposure, collaborate with top engineers, and have the chance to publish original work in confidential computing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and benchmark secure computing frameworks (TEEs)
  • Collaborate on research for trustless AI evaluation protocols
  • Contribute to open-source AI security projects
  • Publish and present research findings to the global community

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a BSc, MSc, or PhD program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong background in systems, cryptography, or hardware security
  • Experience with Rust, C/C++, or TEE tech (Intel SGX, AMD SEV, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a passion for research and open-source innovation
