Job Description
Applications are open for multiple full-time positions on the Sharpshooters Media Creative Team. The recruitment is intended for NYSC members and applicants at different stages of creative and digital experience.
Available roles cover web development, graphic design, social media marketing, photography, videography, video editing, and other relevant creative or digital specialisations. Applicants will be assessed based on their skills, interests, experience, CV or résumé, and submitted work samples.

Sharpshooters Media is a creative and digital marketing agency founded in 2011. The organisation operates in Nigeria and Canada, with its Nigerian office in Rumuomasi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Its services include branding and strategy, creative design, marketing and growth, web and app development, digital marketing, photography, videography, media, public relations, and personalised magazine publishing. The agency specialises in storytelling, brand communication, media production, and digital campaigns.

The recruitment is for people who can contribute to internal and client-facing creative, media, marketing, and digital projects. All positions are full-time and based on-site in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Roles And Responsibilities
1. Web Developer
The Web Developer will design, develop, maintain, and optimise websites and web-based platforms for Sharpshooters Media and its clients. Relevant capabilities include web development, website maintenance, responsive design, troubleshooting, and digital product delivery.
2. Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, branding projects, marketing campaigns, and events. Relevant work may include brand identity, marketing graphics, social media designs, layouts, typography, and other forms of visual communication.
3. Social Media Marketer
The Social Media Marketer will support content creation, digital communication, and marketing activities across social media platforms. Relevant experience includes social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, campaign support, and digital communication.
4. Photographer
The Photographer will produce photographic content for client projects, events, campaigns, and social media platforms. Relevant examples may include corporate, event, brand, portrait, or campaign photography.
5. Videographer
The Videographer will produce video content for client projects, events, campaigns, and digital platforms. Relevant work may include corporate videos, event coverage, campaign content, branded storytelling, and short-form digital videos.
6. Video Editor
The Video Editor will edit video content for client, corporate, event, and social media projects. Relevant editing capabilities include storytelling, pacing, sound design, colour correction, motion graphics, branding, and preparing final video assets for delivery.
7. Other Creative Or Digital Skill
Applicants with another relevant specialisation may identify the skill in their application. The specialisation should be clearly described and supported with appropriate examples of completed work.

Selection
Sharpshooters Media will review each application based on the applicant’s skills, interests, experience, CV or résumé, and submitted work samples. The relevance and quality of the portfolio should demonstrate the applicant’s ability in the selected area.
Applicants who completed projects as part of a team should clearly identify their individual contribution in the portfolio or work description. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for subsequent recruitment stages.
