About the Role

As a Short Form Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, audience-focused content designed for social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands current content trends and knows how to maximize viewer retention through creative editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Deliver one completed video each day
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual enhancements
• Improve video pacing, quality, and engagement
• Implement feedback and submit projects on schedule

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form social media content
• Proficiency in:
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Or similar editing software
• Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content styles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or previous editing samples required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₦50,000 per month
