Smart Contract Developer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for DeFi, NFTs, tokens, and DAO systems
• Build and manage on-chain solutions and protocol logic
• Optimize smart contracts for performance and gas efficiency
• Conduct security checks and vulnerability testing
• Integrate smart contracts with backend and frontend applications
• Deploy and maintain contracts on testnet and mainnet environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical decisions

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in smart contract or blockchain development
• Strong proficiency in Solidity
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
• Experience working with DeFi protocols such as staking, lending, or automated market makers
• Knowledge of smart contract security practices
• Experience with testing tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle
• Ability to write clean, secure, and efficient code
• Understanding of tokenomics and Web3 system design
