Job Description
Location: Remote (PST–CAT time zone preference)
Compensation: Competitive salary + token/equity incentives
We’re building next-generation DeFi liquidity infrastructure on Solana, enabling under-collateralized borrowing, programmable margin accounts, and composable on-chain strategies. We’re looking for a Smart Contract Engineer (Rust) to help design, ship, and operate secure, high-performance smart contracts powering our protocol.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy Rust smart contracts on Solana
- Develop and optimize core DeFi protocol features
- Architect secure, scalable, and gas-efficient systems
- Collaborate with product and research to ship production-ready code

Support tooling, SDKs, and on-chain operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years software engineering experience
- 1–3 years working with Rust and Web3
- Proven experience shipping production smart contracts handling real funds
- Strong understanding of blockchain and smart contract security

Ownership mindset and passion for DeFi
Nice to Have
- Solana / Anchor experience
- Open-source DeFi contributions
- Background in financial systems or risk logic
