Job Title: Social Media & Graphics Designer
- Location: Yaba, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Onsite (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Summary
The Social Media & Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visual content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, website banners, email campaigns, print materials, and motion graphics.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about design, stays updated with social media trends, and consistently brings fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content Design & Branding:
- Design daily social media content (static posts, carousels, and stories)
- Develop campaign visuals for promotions, events, holidays, and product launches
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines
- Create website banners, landing page visuals, pop-ups, and email assets
Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
- Produce reels, animated content, and motion graphics
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos (including captions, transitions, and trending audio)
- Develop reusable animated templates for recurring content
- Create fun, engaging video content tailored to target audiences
Product & Campaign Creative:
- Design product showcases, flat-lay visuals, and campaign advertisements
- Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns
- Develop print-ready materials such as posters, invitations, and activity sheets
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
- Ensure all creative outputs meet established brand standards
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and leadership for timely delivery
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva & CapCut
- Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, and reels creation (required)
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and digital aesthetics
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media trends; parenting/lifestyle content experience is an advantage
- Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design and video work
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
