Role Overview
The Social Media Associate will support and manage Ruebits’ digital presence by creating engaging content and sharing the impact of its programs. This role begins as a volunteer position, with opportunities to grow into a long-term leadership role as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media pages across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and updates
- Develop content calendars for programs and campaigns
- Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with communication and design teams
Who They’re Looking For
- Students or graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
- Experience managing social media pages is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or scheduling platforms
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Passion for community impact and working with children
