Social Media Manager at Mantle Network

Mantle Network is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager / Specialist to lead strategy and execution across global social channels, driving brand awareness and community growth within the Web3 ecosystem.

About Mantle

Backed by over $4B in community-owned treasury, Mantle serves as the gateway for institutions and TradFi to access real-world assets on-chain. The ecosystem includes $MNT (Bybit network) and subsidiaries such as mETH, fBTC, MI4, and MantleX.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel social & community strategies
• Grow and manage Twitter, YouTube, Medium, and other platforms
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and community initiatives
• Monitor engagement, track KPIs, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams
• Manage moderators and oversee monthly community budgets

• Identify partnerships, media features, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years in social media/community management (Web3 preferred)
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Layer-2 ecosystems
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills (English)
• Experience building and nurturing online communities
• Analytical mindset with campaign performance tracking experience
