About the Role
FMC Services is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s online presence, lead content strategy, manage paid campaigns, and turn engagement insights into growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Create content briefs and supervise graphic designers
- Ensure all visuals align with the brand identity
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule posts across all social platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly
Paid Advertising
- Create and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage ad budgets and improve campaign ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-converting ad creatives
Reporting & Analytics
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, and ROAS
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Present findings and adjust strategies based on data
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience managing social media for brands, startups, or agencies
- Proven results running paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and social trends
- Experience working with graphic designers
- Familiarity with:
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Sprout Social or SEMrush
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and measurable results
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing skills for Reels and TikTok content
- Experience in travel, B2B, or B2C industries
