Brielle Consulting Services is looking for a Social Media Marketer to lead its entire social media presence; from strategy and content creation to lead generation and revenue growth. About the Role

As the Social Media Marketer, you’ll own the company’s social media strategy and execution. You’ll create content, grow audiences, manage paid campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue.

This is a performance-focused role where your impact will be measured by results, not just engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on audience growth and revenue generation
  • Build and nurture online communities across relevant platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content including:
    • Written posts
    • Graphics
    • Reels and short-form videos
    • Carousels and promotional materials
  • Take ownership of content production from ideation to publishing
  • Appear on camera when required to give the brand a relatable, human face

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn
  • Focus on generating leads, inquiries, and measurable returns on investment (ROI)
  • Convert social media audiences into booked calls and paying clients

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics such as:
    • Reach and engagement
    • Click-through rates (CTR)
    • Cost per lead (CPL)
    • Pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Deliver weekly performance reports highlighting business impact

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience
  • Proven success in generating leads, sales, or measurable business results
  • Ability to create content independently—from writing and design to filming and posting
  • Confidence in appearing on camera and producing video content
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Buffer or Hootsuite

Educational Requirements
