As part of its growth, Online Foodstuff Store Limited is recruiting a Software Developer to join its team.
Requirements
Interested candidates should have:
- Proficiency in Claude Code and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong programming and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Laravel/PHP or other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and improving web applications.
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- The ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Knowledge of Git/version control and good software development practices.
- The ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and work with other technologies and frameworks when required.
Additional Skills
Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:
- JavaScript
- React
- Vue.js
- Node.js
- MySQL
- REST APIs
- Git/GitHub
- Docker
- AWS and other cloud technologies
You don’t necessarily need to have experience with every technology listed. A strong foundation in software development, a willingness to learn, and the ability to solve problems effectively are important for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the development and improvement of the company’s digital platforms. Your work may include building new features, maintaining existing applications, integrating external services, working with databases, fixing technical issues, and improving application performance.
You will also be expected to use modern development practices and tools to deliver clean, reliable, and scalable solutions.
