About the Role

  • Generate and convert leads for solar energy solutions.
  • Build relationships with businesses looking to reduce energy costs and improve power reliability.
  • Drive customer acquisition and contribute to the company’s growth in the renewable energy market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for solar energy projects.
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers across various industries, including:

• Hospitals
• Hotels
• Schools
• Event Centres
• Supermarkets
• Manufacturing Companies
• Commercial Businesses
• High-energy-consuming organizations

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Coordinate site visit arrangements when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit solar proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up on proposals and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage and update sales pipeline records and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the technical team during project assessments and implementation.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and project acquisition goals.

Performance Target (KPI)

• Secure a minimum of 2 qualified clients/projects per month.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or the solar industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
