About the Role
- Generate and convert leads for solar energy solutions.
- Build relationships with businesses looking to reduce energy costs and improve power reliability.
- Drive customer acquisition and contribute to the company’s growth in the renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads for solar energy projects.
- Prospect and engage decision-makers across various industries, including:
• Hospitals
• Hotels
• Schools
• Event Centres
• Supermarkets
• Manufacturing Companies
• Commercial Businesses
• High-energy-consuming organizations
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Coordinate site visit arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare and submit solar proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage and update sales pipeline records and activity reports.
- Collaborate with the technical team during project assessments and implementation.
- Meet monthly sales targets and project acquisition goals.
Performance Target (KPI)
• Secure a minimum of 2 qualified clients/projects per month.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or the solar industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Retainer: ₦50,000 (upon achieving the minimum target of 2 paid clients/projects monthly).
