Job Description
New Law Business Model is looking for a strategic, tech-savvy leader to run and scale our Marketing Automation & Practice Management line of business a core system that empowers family-law attorneys to build a thriving, tech-enabled practice they love.
As the Business Unit Manager / SaaS Stack Product Owner, you’ll oversee a high-impact subscription product built from proven tools marketing automation, practice management, scheduling software, and more designed specifically for our niche market. You’ll guide a talented technical and account management team, manage a $1M+ P&L, and ensure our members have everything they need to market, sell, and deliver their services with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimize a tech-enabled business unit serving multi-year subscription customers
- Oversee configuration of marketing automation and practice management systems
- Manage delivery of marketing assets from internal teams and external agencies
- Improve efficiency, processes, and customer success using automation and operational best practices
