Job Summary

The Premium Executive will manage and develop relationships with affluent and emerging affluent clients, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored financial solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of emerging affluent clients and acquire new customers.
  • Develop existing client relationships and grow their portfolios.
  • Provide excellent client experiences and relationship management.
  • Promote and deliver appropriate wealth management solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, manage appointments, and resolve customer requests.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, products, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure clients’ accounts are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate business and operational risks.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
  • Escalate and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/professional qualification.
  • Relevant role-specific, regulatory, and compliance training is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of banking knowledge and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and services.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong personal integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Self-motivated, creative, responsive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in an international working environment.
