Eiger is looking for a passionate Ecosystem & Growth Associate to help connect, grow, and strengthen relationships across the blockchain space. This role blends research, outreach, and community engagement ideal for someone deeply immersed in crypto culture and eager to help expand Eiger’s footprint in the ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Engage actively on Twitter/X, Telegram, and other blockchain hubs to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Research and connect with promising projects, founders, and communities aligned with Eiger’s goals.
• Represent Eiger at events, hackathons, and conferences, both online and in person.
• Build authentic relationships with developers and ecosystem leaders.
• Collaborate with the BD and engineering teams to nurture partnerships and share insights.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent English and verifiable blockchain community presence.
• Participation in 2+ blockchain events (as attendee or volunteer) in the past year.
• Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals (L1s, L2s, consensus, infrastructure).
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starting attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with growth, community management, or event organization in crypto.
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems or B2B blockchain sales.
