Job Description
The Content, Storytelling & Digital Media Associate will play a key role in shaping and amplifying the TAB Brand narrative.
This position is ideal for a creative professional who understands the power of storytelling, digital media, and audience engagement, and who is passionate about leadership, impact, and culture.
You will be responsible for capturing real moments, translating experiences into compelling content, and managing digital platforms with intention, creativity, and consistency.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in storytelling and content creation
- Strong writing, narrative development, and communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital communities
- Comfortable appearing on camera (mobile phone or DSLR)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, media, or culture
- Good understanding of content trends, audience psychology, and digital storytelling
Key Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Narrative Development
- Capture, structure, and tell authentic stories from journeys, work, events, and initiatives
- Translate experiences into compelling digital narratives—posts, short videos, reels, carousels, and captions
- Develop recurring content formats such as Journey Moments, Lessons Learned, Behind the Scenes, and Possibility Stories
- Support documentary-style content, interviews, and long-form storytelling projects
Content & Calendar Management
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
- Align content with core brand themes: Leadership, Transformation, and Impact
- Repurpose content across platforms and formats for maximum reach
Content Creation
- Produce engaging digital content, including short-form videos and static posts
- Support long-form content such as articles, newsletters, and speeches
- Assist with editing and post-production workflows
Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting and audience engagement across platforms
- Monitor conversations and respond professionally and promptly
- Track performance metrics and recommend content improvements
Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photo and video content
- Cover events, meetings, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Support short films, brand videos, and documentary projects
Brand & Campaign Support
- Maintain consistency with the TAB Brand voice—authentic, inspiring, and credible
- Support launches including events, initiatives, publications, and foundation programs
- Assist with basic analytics and storytelling performance insights
