  • Primary Homeroom Teacher
  • Spanish Teacher
  • Mathematics Teacher

Core Responsibilities

Across all teaching roles, our faculty members are expected to excel in:

  • Instructional Excellence: Use research-based, inquiry-driven methods and the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework to deliver differentiated instruction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborative lesson design aligned with international standards and diverse learning needs.
  • Data-Driven Assessment: Utilize formative and summative assessments to track progress and provide actionable feedback.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for educators who meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/HND/BA) in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-time teaching experience in a progressive or international school setting.
  • Certification: Current international teaching qualification/certification in the relevant subject area.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of child development, safeguarding, MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support), and classroom management.

Key Personal Qualities:

  • A growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Resilience and adaptability (comfortable with the pace of the developing world).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team-oriented spirit with a good sense of humor.
