Job Description

Tech4Dev is seeking a creative and experienced Brand & Graphics Associate to support the design and production of high-quality visual content across its programmes and initiatives.

This role is ideal for graphic designers and visual communication professionals who are passionate about storytelling, branding, and creating impactful visuals that drive social change.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid, with travel to programme states as required)

Employment Type: Fixed-Term (Project-Funded)

Duration: One-Year Renewable Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content including social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop visual assets for donor reports, programme briefs, training materials, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Maintain and apply consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with Communications Associates and the Communications Lead to ensure visual outputs align with organisational messaging.
  • Create motion graphics and short video animations for digital channels where required.
  • Manage and organize the visual assets library, ensuring proper file management and accessibility.
  • Prepare print-ready files for banners, flyers, brochures, branded merchandise, and other physical collateral.
  • Support branding and visual communication activities during workshops, programme launches, and stakeholder events.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging visual communication practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong Canva skills for rapid-turnaround content creation.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and branding.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
