Technical Support Engineer at Oracle

What You’ll Do

• Provide post-launch technical support, incident resolution, and user training
• Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with developers on complex issues
• Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and improve support processes

• Monitor system performance and support upgrades and data migrations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience
• Familiarity with Java applications and databases
• Strong Linux skills (log analysis, monitoring tools like Prometheus)
• Cloud support experience (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Customer-focused, responsible, and able to work under pressure
