Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Provide post-launch technical support, incident resolution, and user training
- Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with developers on complex issues
- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and improve support processes

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience
- Familiarity with Java applications and databases
- Strong Linux skills (log analysis, monitoring tools like Prometheus)
- Cloud support experience (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Customer-focused, responsible, and able to work under pressure
