What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers across LATAM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve overall product quality.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a global team.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi concepts.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Understanding of AWS, Linux, DevOps, Security, or Cloud Engineering.
