The Kontent Hub is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and execute content and marketing activities for assigned client accounts.
This role is suitable for a creative, organized, and platform-savvy social media professional who understands content planning, social media management, community engagement, campaign execution, reporting, and digital marketing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for helping client brands stay visible, consistent, and engaging across major social media platforms.
About the Role
The Social Media Manager will handle content and marketing activities across client social media accounts. This includes planning monthly content calendars, writing captions, scheduling posts, coordinating approvals, monitoring engagement, supporting campaigns, and preparing reports.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple accounts, work with creative teams, meet deadlines, and use insights from trends and analytics to improve content performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Write captions and coordinate content approvals.
- Create content shoots with creators and creative teams.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and strategists to execute campaigns.
- Send and coordinate weekly or campaign email marketing communications.
- Attend weekly internal and client meetings.
- Monitor page engagement, trends, and audience interactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Use project management tools properly.
- Support campaign execution, activations, and special projects when required.
Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate should have experience managing brands in areas such as:

Candidates should also have:
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar platforms.
