About the Role

As a TikTok Shop Support Specialist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring customers enjoy a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. You’ll assist with order management, customer inquiries, product updates, and store operations while working closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through TikTok Shop, email, chat, or phone.
• Assisting customers with product questions, order tracking, returns, and issue resolution.
• Managing and updating product listings, inventory, and order statuses.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Staying up to date with TikTok Shop policies, tools, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in e-commerce or customer service.
• Experience with TikTok Shop is an advantage.
• Familiarity with order management systems (IMS) and online store platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
