Tro-Vest Capital Partners Limited is a diversified financial services group with interests in asset management, fintech, advisory and investment. The company is recruiting serving NYSC corps members for PPA opportunities across Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing and Compliance.
The roles offer practical exposure to a professional financial services environment while allowing corps members to develop relevant workplace skills.
Responsibilities:
Accounting (PPA Role)
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments and financial records.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking and audit preparation.
Customer Service (PPA Role)
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support a positive customer experience across service channels.
- Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved customer issues.
Marketing (PPA Role)
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and assist with content creation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support brand awareness and customer engagement activities.
Compliance (PPA Role)
- Support compliance monitoring and regulatory requirements.
- Review documents for adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist with risk assessments and reporting.
- Support AML, KYC and other compliance processes.
Requirements:
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member currently serving or seeking a PPA.
- Possess an OND, HND or BSc in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Applicants should have proximity to the company’s offices in Victoria Island or Ogba, Lagos.
- Accounting applicants should demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Customer Service applicants should have excellent communication and people skills.
- Marketing applicants should demonstrate creativity, proactivity and communication or digital skills.
- Compliance applicants should ideally be Law or Accounting graduates with strong attention to detail.
