The U.S. Embassy Abuja is recruiting for the position of Community Liaison Office (CLO) Coordinator within the Management Section.

This role involves managing community programmes, coordinating activities for staff and families, and supporting engagement, communication, and welfare initiatives within the embassy community.

  • Full-time role (40 hours per week)
  • Programme management and community coordination role
  • Work with Management Section and Global CLO
  • Handle outreach, communication, and events planning
  • Support staff welfare and community engagemen

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of college/university studies
  • At least 3 years professional experience (admin, program management, customer service, public policy, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of program management and monitoring
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Must be eligible for Top Secret security clearance
