Now, we’re embarking on an exciting full platform redesign and we need a talented UI Designer and Figma expert to bring it to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our platform redesign, transforming existing designs into scalable Figma systems
- Build and refine design systems using components, auto-layout, and design tokens
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless implementation
- Elevate the platform’s visual design, focusing on detail, interaction, and user delight
- Maintain and evolve our design system and contribute to the IxDF brand identity
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in UI design and advanced Figma workflows
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
- A proactive, detail-obsessed problem solver with a drive for visual perfection
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, fast-paced teams
- Based within the EMEA time zone for optimal collaboration
