Job Overview

The Bank Teller will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash operations, and providing quality banking services while ensuring compliance with established banking procedures and regulations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer cash deposits and withdrawals.
  • Verify transaction details and customer account information.
  • Handle daily teller cash operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Assist customers with routine banking enquiries.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Background in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Previous banking or cash-handling experience is an added advantage.
