The Head Teller will oversee daily cash operations, manage vault activities, and supervise teller teams to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient service delivery. The role also involves monitoring compliance with internal control and regulatory standards, reconciling transactions, and promptly resolving cash differences with precision and integrity.
