Cedarose HR Consult is a company focused on HR Consulting, Recruitment and other HR Services.

We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

1. CASHIER

  • Location: Warri, Delta
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 / month
  • Deadline: 31st December, 2025

Job Description

  • Scan each item selected by customers and receive payments via POS, Cash or ETF (Electronic Transfer).
  • Ensure pricing is correct on all products before completing transaction; where doubt, call the Cashier Supervisor or Manager for clarification.
  • Accumulate customers loyalty points and inform new customers about company’s loyalty system.
  • Evacuate cash from the cash drawer and remit to the Accounts Officer for counting and balancing, as often as instructed by Management.
  • Bag items carefully i.e., edibles in one bag and toiletries in another according to the quantity of items purchased.
  • Direct all customers’ queries to Cashier Supervisor and Floor Managers.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Rendering premium customer service at all times.
  • Ensure customers do not forget their belongings on the till i.e. phone, keys, wallet, ATM card etc.
  • Encourage customers to be on a queue while attending them on a first come, first served basis.
  • Double check transactions before printing out receipts.
  • Other duties as may be assigned to you by Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be resident in Warri.
  • Possess a minimum of one (1) years of experience working in a retail environment.
  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess exemption letter.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be between the ages of 18years to 35years age as at the time of engagement.

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Location: Warri, Delta
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: N70,000 – N80,000 / Month
  • Deadline: 30th December, 2025

Responsibilities

  • Attending to customers with a warm smile.
  • Be involved in the process of stock control and management.
  • Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products.
  • Stocking shelves with products appropriately using First-In-First-Out Method.
  • Carry out routing checks to identify and report soon to expire products.
  • Reporting price discrepancies and problems to the HOD/ Floor Manager.
  • Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new products to customers.
  • Promptly report customers feedback and complaints to HOD/FM for resolution.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND qualification
  • Must be resident in Warri.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be between the ages of 18 years to 35 years age as at the time of engagement.

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a HR Assistant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State, to support the HR department in managing documents, handling clerical duties, and performing other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department in creating and preparing documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and job descriptions
  • Assist in payroll administration and other HR based tasks.
  • Manage office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Collect and maintain employee data, including personal information and job roles.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
