About the Role

• Create premium, high-impact video content from raw footage.
• Produce engaging content for social media, YouTube, corporate communications, and advertising campaigns.
• Deliver visually compelling videos that align with brand goals and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Assemble and edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos.
• Ensure content aligns with creative briefs, brand identity, and campaign objectives.

Social Media Video Optimization

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Optimize videos for audience retention, engagement, and platform-specific requirements.

Audio & Sound Design

• Edit and enhance voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
• Ensure high-quality audio that improves the overall viewing experience.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
• Improve production quality through creative visual enhancements.

Media & Project Management

• Organize and maintain project files and digital assets.
• Ensure proper backup and storage of all video content.

Collaboration & Revisions

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Implement feedback efficiently and deliver revisions on schedule.

Requirements

Education

• Degree, diploma, or professional certification in Film, Media Studies, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Previous agency, in-house, or freelance editing experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience using CapCut for short-form content creation.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
