What You’ll Do

- Schedule meetings and manage calendars across time zones
- Attend video meetings and organize notes/action items
- Conduct online research and prepare reports or spreadsheets
- Support clients, vendors, and external partners professionally
- Assist with presentations, documents, and light creative tasks
- Provide light executive and personal assistance when needed
- Handle administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools
- Ability to work full-time and commit long-term
- Availability during U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
- No prior experience required, although remote or VA experience is a plus
