This immersive two-year leadership development programme provides graduates with hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, coaching, and career growth opportunities within one of Africa’s leading telecommunications companies.
Programme Overview
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity created to accelerate the development of talented young graduates into future leaders.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2027, applicants must:
- Have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing their studies.
- Be a South African citizen by birth, naturalization, or permanent residency.
- Citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for opportunities within their respective markets.
- Have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 65% in completed or most recent academic results.
- Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) such as:
- BCom
- BSc
- BTech
A 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will only be considered in the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
