Location: Remote (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Rwanda)
Employment Type: Contract
Commitment: 2–3 Hours Per Week
Pay: $10–$20 Per Hour

About the Role
As a Voice Assistant Tester, you will interact with an AI-powered voice assistant through a series of phone calls and provide feedback on your experience. Your conversations will help AI researchers improve the accuracy, usefulness, and performance of voice assistants used around the world.
What You’ll Do
Test a Voice Assistant
- Make 5 phone calls to an AI voice assistant over approximately one week
- Ask real-life questions related to:
- Health
- Work
- Learning
- Everyday practical needs
Provide Feedback
- Complete a short survey after each call
- Share honest feedback about your experience
- Help researchers improve the assistant’s responses and performance
Call Requirements
- Each call should last between 5–15 minutes
- Conversations should end naturally
- Calls will be recorded for evaluation and research purposes
Who Can Apply?
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must reside in: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda
- Comfortable speaking English
- Willing to consent to call recording
Preferred Candidates
- Feature phone users
- Smartphone users with limited or no data plans
- Individuals with little or no prior experience using AI assistants
- Applicants from both urban and rural communities
