A fast-growing AI company in the life sciences sector is expanding its creative engineering team and is looking for a Web Design Engineer who can turn beautifully crafted design concepts into clean, responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code.

This team builds an AI engine used by pharmaceutical marketing teams to create and deliver compliant, personalized content at scale. If you love the intersection of design, front-end development, and AI-powered workflows, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow.

About the Role

As a Web Design Engineer, you’ll transform Figma and Adobe designs into production-ready HTML/CSS and refine AI-generated layouts to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and excellent user experience. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to enhance UI/UX quality and improve design-to-code systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert Figma/Adobe designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS
  • Review and refine AI-generated layouts, graphics, and assets
  • Make front-end adjustments across HTML, CSS, and PDF outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand, UX, and technical consistency
  • Optimize layouts for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser reliability
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI visual outputs
  • Capture user and client insights to refine design workflows

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of front-end development or design engineering experience
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Sharp eye for layout, spacing, and typography
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Degree in Design, CS, or related field
  • Experience with pharma content (MOA, sales aids, education materials)
  • Familiarity with compliance in healthcare marketing
  • Life sciences industry experience
