Ant-Tech is looking for a motivated HR IT Freelancer (Web3 Recruitment) to support their growing hiring needs across the blockchain and tech ecosystem. If you enjoy connecting top tech talent with meaningful opportunities and you thrive in flexible, remote work, this role might be a perfect fit.
As an HR IT Freelancer, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for roles like Blockchain Engineer, Smart Contract Developer, Backend Engineer, DevOps, QA, Product, and more. You’ll work closely with the Talent Lead, manage interview coordination, and ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience hiring for IT or Web3 role
- A basic understanding of Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, crypto infrastructure, exchanges and wallets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- (Bonus) An existing network of Web3 candidates
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across LinkedIn, Web3 communities, and professional networks
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for technical roles
- Coordinate interviews and track candidate progress
