Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain website pages in Webflow.
• Develop high-converting landing pages for campaigns and product launches.
• Accurately implement designs from Figma.
• Manage the Webflow CMS and organize dynamic content.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot website issues and maintain a clean, scalable site structure.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive design, interactions, and custom code.
• Experience building websites for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive web pages.
• Good understanding of website performance, technical SEO, and conversion best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and Webflow integrations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Segment, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Webflow Optimize.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or Linear.
