We build trust-driven websites, run hyper-local SEO, and set up powerful CRM funnels that help clients convert more leads than ever.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a dedicated CRM Manager who’s ready to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a full-time position focused on building and optimizing client websites using Elementor in WordPress, while helping manage the CRM/funnel processes that keep our clients converting at their highest potential.
You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and writers, communicate with clients, and bring fresh ideas to our leadership team. If you enjoy creating clean, effective digital experiences and supporting a team that feels like family, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing concepts for new and existing websites
- Working closely with the design, development, and writing teams
- Building sites using our systems and client-provided content
- Communicating with clients via email (and occasional calls)
- Keeping projects moving at a steady pace
- Sharing updates, ideas, and status reports with the COO and CEO
- Staying responsive to both clients and internal team members

Pay, Hours & Benefits
- Flexible full-time schedule (approx. 6.5 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
- Starting pay: $1,900–$2,100/month depending on experience and results
