Future Moves Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of a client for a WhatsApp Customer Sales Closer to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through direct messaging.
Role Summary
In this role, you’ll handle daily WhatsApp enquiries from ads and other channels, guide customers through product selection, and convert leads into paying customers. This position requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp
- Convert inbound leads into sales
- Guide customers on product choices (including shade matching)
- Handle objections and close deals confidently
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Follow up consistently with potential customers
- Maintain organized chat records

Job Details
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (with 2 hours total break)
- Off Days: 1 rotating day off every 2 weeks
Salary & Benefits
- ₦140,000/month + ₦8,000 monthly credit allowance
- Salary review after 3 months based on performance
