Responsibilities of the Customer Care Operator at AAVA Brands

  • Coordinate with service engineers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer service records and feedback.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.
  • Panasonic Brand Coordination for part indent and other activity.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time).
