The internship offers practical experience supporting customers, onboarding users, resolving inquiries, collecting feedback, and contributing to improvements across the customer experience journey.
Interns will work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through approved communication channels.
- Help users understand PayOak’s products, services, and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Support new users during onboarding.
- Guide customers through account setup and platform usage.
- Assist in creating and sharing educational resources, guides, and FAQs.
- Encourage users to adopt relevant PayOak features and services.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Help track user satisfaction and support trends.
- Monitor customer interactions and share insights with the team.
- Maintain support records and documentation.
- Assist in tracking support tickets and resolution progress.
- Support customer support reporting and operational insights.
- Contribute to customer experience and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be 30 years old or younger.
- Have graduated from a tertiary institution in 2022 or later.
- Have successfully completed the NYSC programme.
- Be available for the full 12-month internship programme.
