About the Role

The Customer Success Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and successful adoption of Termii’s products and services.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, assist with onboarding, support WhatsApp service adoption, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

This position requires someone who can combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues experienced by customers
  • Support the rollout of new applications, features, and services
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation and support materials
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to customer success operations
  • Onboard potential customers interested in WhatsApp services and convert them into paying customers
  • Provide effective and timely technical support to customers
  • Develop innovative initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle vendor-related customer issues and escalations
  • Follow up on route, delivery, and service-related issues until resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, Technical Customer Service, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong emotional intelligence and customer relationship skills
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Basic knowledge of Linux environments
  • Experience with API testing and integrations
