Job Description
They are seeking a high-energy, ambitious, and persuasive Customer Sales Associate to join our Marketing & Sales department. This is a 100% Remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a team that is reshaping the education landscape. As a Customer Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact for their prospective students. You will play a pivotal role in their growth engine by identifying potential students, understanding their career aspirations, and showing them how 10Alytics can help them reach their goals.
This role requires a unique blend of empathy and “the hustle.” You must be comfortable with high-volume outreach and possess the resilience needed to handle objections and close deals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and is motivated by hitting targets. You will be responsible for the entire “pre-enrollment” journey, from the first cold call or inquiry response to the moment the student officially joins our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outreach & Lead Conversion
- Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in our programs or fit our ideal student profile.
- Master the “Art of the Pitch,” effectively communicating the value proposition of 10Alytics training programs within the first few minutes of a call.
- Identify student pain points and career goals to tailor your sales approach, ensuring high conversion rates from lead to enrolled student.
Comprehensive Lead & Channel Management
- Manage and track leads across multiple platforms, including Direct Calls, Live Chats, and Social Media (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, ensuring every interaction is documented and follow-ups are scheduled accurately.
- Execute timely follow-up sequences for “warm” leads who haven’t yet committed, ensuring no potential student falls through the cracks.
Student Onboarding & Support
- Guide prospective students through the technicalities of the enrollment process, ensuring they understand payment structures, course schedules, and curriculum details.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our CPD-accredited certifications.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless hand-off once a student has successfully enrolled.
Customer Experience Excellence
- Ensure that every interaction, regardless of whether it results in a sale, leaves the prospect with a positive view of the 10Alytics brand.
- Gather feedback from prospects regarding barriers to entry and share these insights with the marketing team to help refine our messaging and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Communication Mastery: You must be highly articulate with an excellent command of the English language. You should be able to build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations with grace and professionalism.
- Resilience & Drive: A “never-give-up” attitude. Making 100+ calls a day requires thick skin and the ability to stay motivated even after a series of “no’s.”
- Multitasking & Organization: You will be juggling multiple chats, calls, and emails simultaneously. Being organized and proactive is not optional; it is a requirement for survival in this role.
- Sales/Customer Service Experience: While we provide training, having a background in retail sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer support is a significant advantage.
- Tech Savviness: Since this is a remote role, you must be comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom, CRM software, Slack, and various social media platforms.
- Remote Work Capability: You must have a quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and the self-discipline to meet daily targets without constant physical supervision.
