Job Description
The Customer Support Officer will serve as a key liaison between Xiaomi and its customers—delivering outstanding support services, managing communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary contact for French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat. Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Data Management: Utilize CRM, ERP, or internal databases for data entry, documentation, and report generation.
- Document Translation: Prepare, translate, and review business correspondence, reports, and presentations in French and English.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, maintain digital files, and provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Administration, or other client-facing roles—preferably in Technology, Telecommunications, or Consumer Electronics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
