Job Description
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab Internship 2025
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join F&B Culinary Team in Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a unique and memorable dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with service teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of all food orders.
- Possess extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and kitchen operations to support guest inquiries and special requests.
- Contribute to promoting and enhancing the dining experience by recommending signature dishes and seasonal specialties.
- Assist in managing kitchen orders, inventory, and coordination using culinary systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and presentation to consistently exceed guest expectations.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
- Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
- Available to start in August.
