Your Role
As a Meta Advertising Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily operations and project coordination.
- Supporting and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Managing assigned tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Staying up-to-date with social media and advertising trends.
- Researching and implementing new ad strategies.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative ad campaigns.
- Providing feedback on advertising platforms and campaign performance.
- Performing other tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or current student) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Lithuanian (spoken and written).
- Energetic, adaptable, and self-driven individual.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of how to select campaign objectives (Sales, Leads, Engagement, Traffic, Awareness, App Promotion).

- Salary: €500/month (net)
