Job Opportunity: Recruiter / Client Liaison Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates from resume databases and application forms.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
  • Prepare and administer aptitude tests.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and respond to queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding.
  • Interact with clients to provide information and resolve inquiries.
  • Handle client complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure resolution.
