Job Summary

• As the Graduate Trainee (Finance/Operations), you will be responsible for supporting financial and operational activities including financial analysis, data entry, account reconciliation, and reporting.
• You will also assist in day-to-day operational tasks while developing hands-on experience in the fintech industry.

• Support operational processes and ensure timely data entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency across finance and operations
• Participate in training and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline or related field
• 0 – 2 years of post-NYSC work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
