Keyrock ; a leading market maker and innovator in the digital asset ecosystem is hiring a Junior FP&A Analyst to support its fast-growing finance team. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, crypto, and bringing clarity to complex financial data.
About the Role
As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you’ll help manage financial reporting, track revenues and costs, and support product control across Keyrock’s global operations. You’ll work closely with trading, commercial, and operational teams to ensure accurate insights and help drive smarter decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes
- Prepare management accounts, PnL reports, and internal dashboards
- Reconcile fiat, crypto, trading volumes, revenues, and fees
- Validate product-level revenues and investigate discrepancies
- Track operating costs and maintain accurate cost allocation
- Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and process automation
- Partner with teams to improve data flows, controls, and tools
- Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and special finance projects
