Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our remote team. The HR Officer will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. This includes effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with company policies, and adherence to labor laws.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work culture, supporting staff development, and enhancing HR systems for a productive remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations remotely, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with IZENERGY’s goals and labor regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support management in decision-making through data-driven HR insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment standards.
- Utilize HR software and remote collaboration tools to streamline HR processes.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
