Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Personal Delivery Agents to join the Kenzymart logistics team. As a Personal Delivery Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition. You will serve as a key representative of Kenzymart, building trust and maintaining positive relationships with customers through professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensure goods are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the logistics team regarding deliveries.
- Use delivery tools (mobile apps or assigned systems) to track and confirm deliveries.
- Maintain records of completed deliveries and report any issues.
- Uphold Kenzymart’s standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
- Must own or have access to a reliable means of transportation (bike, car, or van).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
- Basic smartphone literacy (for tracking and reporting deliveries).
